Content Management Module
  • The Content Management module provides the necessary tools for capturing, classifying, storing, and effectively managing all types of documents (electronic or otherwise) across all business areas within the organization. 
  • Access to stored information (documents, reports, images, emails, etc.) can be distributed to all members within the organization based on allocated access rights. 
  • Integrates and serves all applications that require working with documents or document workflows and allows for document versioning. 
  • Can be extended with optical text recognition, barcode recognition, and form recognition functions. 
Process Management Module
  • The Process Management module allows the creation, modification, analysis, and simulation of various processes within the organization, whether generated by applications, users, or initiated from external sources. It identifies the standard sources of documents, their routes, and end users. 
  • Enables the creation of electronic forms using a graphical interface and their use within defined workflows. 
Control and Compliance Module
  • The Control and Compliance module ensures the security of critical information and provides the necessary tools for conducting audits (who, when, how, what information was accessed). 
  • Information can be classified into specific business categories, and access can be granted based on the user’s role and rights.
